What to Expect

In this session, appraisers and real estate licensees will explore the transformation of home valuation. "Appraisal Modernization" and "Valuation Innovation" are the new buzz words. Fewer appraisals are being completed for mortgage lending, while an increase in hybrid or bifurcated valuation products are expanding. Who is pushing these changes, and what are the pros and cons of the evolution of appraisal practice? How will it impact real estate licensees and consumer expectations?

Understanding the changes taking place in our profession will benefit licensees by helping them serve their clients and customers.
