What to Expect

You got the listing, now it's time to sell it. It's a team effort, and every team needs a coach. Learn how The Jen & Jean Team coach their listing clients. Execution is the best offense, and the Jen & Jean Team Listing Playbook is chock full of plays that will take your clients through the homebuying process. Learn some of their top-secret plays like "Clutter Buster", "Best in Showings", "1st Down to Touchdown", "Referee Respect" and "Champagne Close". We will look at all of the steps in The Jen & Jean Team listing systems and learn how Jen & Jean prepare their clients for a Gold-Medal Finish.

If you find yourself wishing your closing process went a lot smoother, you may need to change your approach. Selling a home involves a team, the sellers, the buyers, the agents, the lender, the inspectors, the appraisers and the closers. If you are finding yourself with hiccups along the way, you may be participating in the process as a player and not the coach. Learn how The Jen & Jean Team coach their clients for a great win!

This webinar will talk the agent from the beginning to the end of the Jen & Jean Team Listing Experience (really systems, but experience is a much more fun word than systems)
