What to Expect

Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that can be deadly if levels accumulate within a home or building. Radon affects homes across North America. As a real estate professional, it is important to understand the facts around radon, how to get homes tested and how to mitigate its effects in order to successfully guide your clients through their real estate transactions.

At least 1 in 6 homes are affected by an elevated level of radon. It is important to be aware of radon's effects and how they can be mitigated in order to successfully educate your clients.
