In an increasingly competitive real estate market and digital economy, it is critical NOT to lose focus of what is most important in the real estate market today – OUR CUSTOMERS! In this course, we will create winning strategies to identify, reach, and cultivate successful and lasting relationships with our customers in all generations and markets. As we know, creating winning marketing strategies that meet the needs of a diverse marketplace is not a “one-size-fits-all” delivery system. This generational marketing course will help you build marketing strategies that work for all generations of customers and helps you, the agent, establish a generational marketing niche in your area. Learn marketing principles to best each and move each generation, how to ascertain preferred communication methods and how to convert these tools and the exchanges into successful business transactions.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.

Disclaimer:

Candidates may earn CRS Designation credit only if they take the course exam and receive a passing score of 70% percent or better. CRS Designees seeking Designation Maintenance credit do not need to take the exam, but must sign in with the course monitor or proctor.
