I've never considered myself to be in Sales... I am an educator. I feel my job is to educate buyers and sellers in all the areas of Real Estate that suit their individual Real Estate needs. Once educated, they can, and do make the best decisions for themselves. I'd much rather they felt empowered through the process than I. As a result, I have been a top producing Realtor in my area for most of my 22 years as a licensee. I am humbled by my customer's faith and loyalty to me and I always provide the best, customized service to them that I can.
One of my gifts is my problem solving ability, and I believe that skill is integral in being successful through the ups and downs inherent in any Real Estate transaction. Also, I can see down the line and head-off what's likely to come into play during the escrow period, and prevent problems from popping up. In this way, I can provide a relatively stress-free and smooth Real Estate experience for all my clients.
