| Council of Residential Specialists :: Membership Stats & Surveys |
| Membership Stats & Surveys In June 2007, an independent research firm hired by the Council conducted a telephone survey of randomly selected members. A total of 200 members were interviewed representing an 87% response rate and a sampling error ± 5.5% at the 95% level of confidence.
Information regarding earnings and production is characteristic of 2006, while other data are representative of member characteristics in 2007.
The goal of the membership survey is to provide statistically valid research from CRS Designees and Candidates that can affect the Council’s long-term course of development and short-term implementation priorities.
Overall, the typical CRS Designee is a 55-year-old woman who earns an annual income of $110,000 while working 45 hours a week for a franchise company.
