Membership Application
To become a member of CRS, simply complete this application and return it to the Council. You can also apply online through the CRS Online Store.

Member Profile Update Form
To update your membership information (change your address, list other NAR Designations or areas of specialization, etc.), simply complete this form.

Reinstatement of Membership Form
If you let your membership lapse with the Council, please complete this form and return it to the Council.
